1. Introduction and Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Proads Solutions LTD ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and
similar technologies on weightcare.pro and on its subdomains, including weightcare.pro
(together, the "Website"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy,
which describes more fully what information we collect and what rights you have.
The Website is directed to residents of the United States. Our practices are built around U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states. Where those laws apply, our approach is opt-out: you may direct us at any time to stop analytics and advertising cookies, and we honor browser opt-out signals.
We do not target or market to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. However, if you visit from a location where prior consent is legally required, the Website will present a consent banner and no analytics or advertising cookies will be set until you affirmatively accept them.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognize a returning browser, remember settings, and measure usage.
We also use technologies that work similarly:
- Pixels and web beacons — small pieces of code or transparent images that record when a page or element has loaded
- Local storage — browser-based storage used to retain settings such as your privacy choices
- Tracking scripts — JavaScript that records technical and usage information about your visit
- Server-side click logging — records generated by our own tracking infrastructure when you arrive at or leave the Website
For readability, this Policy refers to all of these as "cookies" unless a distinction matters.
2.1 First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are set by us on our own domain, including on
weightcare.pro. Because that subdomain shares the same registrable domain
as the main site, browsers treat cookies set there as first-party. We are responsible for
these cookies.
Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we have added to the Website, such as Google. Those companies determine how they use the information they collect, and their own privacy policies govern that use.
3. How We Categorize Cookies

4.4 Our Own Referral Tracking
We operate a self-hosted click-tracking system (Binom) on servers located in the United
States, reachable at weightcare.pro. It assigns each visit a random
identifier so that we can attribute traffic to the advertising campaign that produced it
and reconcile the compensation owed to us by partners. The identifier is not derived from,
and cannot be reversed into, your name, email address or any other directly identifying
detail — we do not hold any such details.
| Name | Set By | Purpose | Duration |

4.5 Cookies We Do Not Use
For the avoidance of doubt, the Website does not currently use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Taboola, Outbrain, Quora, NewsBreak, Microsoft Advertising, or any other advertising or social pixel beyond those listed in Section 4.3. If we add any, we will update this Policy before deploying them.
5. Your Choices and How to Exercise Them
5.1 Privacy Preference Control
A "Your Privacy Choices" page control is available where you can turn analytics and advertising cookies on or off by category. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, because the Website would not function without them.
Your choice is stored on your device. Because it is stored in a cookie, clearing your browser's cookies will also clear your preference, and you will need to set it again. Preferences are per-browser and per-device.
5.2 Opting Out of Sale or Sharing
As explained in our Privacy Policy, some of the disclosures we make to advertising partners may qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information under California and other state laws. To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) page, or transmit a Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 6.
5.3 If You Are Located Where Consent Is Required
Where applicable law requires prior consent, a banner will appear on your first visit. It allows you to accept all, reject all, or choose by category, with refusing made as easy as accepting. No pre-ticked boxes are used, and continued browsing or scrolling is not treated as consent. Non-essential cookies are not set until you affirmatively choose them.
5.4 Effect of Opting Out
Turning off analytics and advertising cookies will not restrict your access to any content on the Website, and we will not degrade your experience or charge you differently because you did so. It may reduce our ability to measure how our content and campaigns perform.
6. Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension transmits GPC, we treat it as a valid instruction to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information associated with that browser, and to disable advertising cookies, without requiring any further action from you.
Because the signal is tied to a specific browser on a specific device, you will need to enable it separately in each browser and on each device you use. Information about GPC and supporting browsers is at globalprivacycontrol.org.
6.1 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. No common industry standard governs how websites should respond to it, and we do not currently alter our practices in response to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control, which is a recognized opt-out mechanism under California law, and we honor choices you make through the controls in Section 5.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Independently of our controls, your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies.
| Browser | Where to Find Cookie Settings |
|---|---|
| Google Chrome | Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data |
| Safari (macOS) | Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data |
| Safari (iOS) | Settings app → Safari → Privacy & Security |
| Mozilla Firefox | Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data |
| Microsoft Edge | Settings → Cookies and site permissions |
| Opera | Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data |
8. Industry Opt-Out Tools
These tools let you opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once. They are operated by third parties, not by us.
| Tool | Covers | Link |
|---|---|---|
| DAA WebChoices | Digital Advertising Alliance participants (US) | optout.aboutads.info |
| NAI Opt-Out | Network Advertising Initiative members (US) | optout.networkadvertising.org |
| Google Ad Settings | Google personalized advertising | myadcenter.google.com |
| Google Analytics Opt-Out | Google Analytics measurement | tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout |
Opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop you from seeing ads. It makes them less tailored.
9. Cookies and Health Information
This Website discusses weight management and prescription medications, and some state laws define "consumer health data" broadly enough to capture inferences drawn from online behavior. We have deliberately limited what our cookies do:
- We do not use cookies to collect, infer or store any information about your weight, body mass index, diagnoses, medications, prescriptions or treatment goals — the Website has no quiz, questionnaire, calculator or form of any kind through which such information could be provided
- We do not build, purchase or use advertising audience segments based on health conditions
- We do not use geofencing around any healthcare facility, pharmacy or provider location
- We do not attach health-related terms to the data transmitted to Google Analytics or Google Ads
- We do not sell consumer health data
Analytics cookies do record which pages were viewed from a given browser. We use this in aggregate to decide what to write about, not to infer any individual's health status and not to target advertising on the basis of health.
Washington and Nevada residents with questions about consumer health data may write to privacy@weightcare.pro with the subject line "Health Data Request".
10. Third-Party Websites and Partner Links
When you click a link to a telehealth provider, pharmacy or other partner, you leave this Website. That destination sets its own cookies under its own policies, and this Cookie Policy stops applying. We do not control and are not responsible for the cookie or privacy practices of any third party.
When you follow such a link, the destination URL may carry a click identifier that we generated, so the partner can tell us the referral came from us. We do not transmit any other information about you to partners.
| Third Party | Their Privacy Policy |
|---|---|
| Google LLC | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Shopify Inc. | shopify.com/legal/privacy |
11. Updates to This Policy
We will update this Policy when the cookies we use change, when the law changes, or when our practices change. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Where a change is material — for example, adding a new advertising pixel — we will make the change visible on the Website and, where required, present a fresh consent request.
